How long does production and shipping take?

Please allow 3–5 business days for production before your rack ships. Production time takes longer because of drying times for stain and polyurethane.

Standard delivery typically takes an additional 5–10 business days, depending on what method of shipping you choose.

Are your racks made to order?

Yes. Our racks are made after purchase, so each piece is prepared specifically for you.

Can I choose a stain color?

Yes. Available stain options depend on the product. After purchase, we’ll contact you to confirm your preferred stain.

Do you offer engraving?

Custom laser engraving is available on eligible products and part of the purchase price. You can request a name, initials, club crest, custom logo, or similar artwork. We’ll confirm the details with you before production begins.

Are engraved items returnable?

Because engraved items are custom-made, we don’t accept returns on engraved items. Please review and confirm your personalization details carefully before production begins.
